The Association for the Development of Clusters and Technology Parks of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) is considered as a leading non-governmental business membership organization representing the interests of the Russian Special Economic Zones, Technology Parks, and Industrial Clusters.

Since 2017, the Association has been preparing and issuing the business publication “Russian Special Economic Zones: Business Navigator” (hereinafter referred to as the “Russian SEZs: Business Navigator”) on an annual basis with support from the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the publication is to determine the level of investment attractiveness of the Russian SEZs (i.e. the National SEZs Investment Attractiveness Index), their particularities, competitive advantages. The “Russian SEZs: Business Navigator” is not only a guide for investors (as the SEZs are estimated by the indicators proposed by the international business community in accordance with the Doing business project of the World Bank to make the Russian SEZs rating easy to be understood and used by investors), but also the analytical material that is in demand among the potential tenants (residents) of the SEZs in terms of assessing the tax exemptions and other preferences provided to them throughout the Russian SEZs.

With the aim of eradicating poverty through inclusive and sustainable industrial development, and gaining benefits from the globalization of markets for industrial goods and services by every country throughout the world in particular, the Association is presenting the analytical material “Russian Special Economic Zones: Business Navigator-2020” for your consideration of the possibility of its free publishing on the website of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, in the social media, or its mentioning for the interests of the target audience.
