IVS 2025, the largest startup conference in Japan, will be held from July 2nd to 4th at the Kyoto International Exhibition Hall (Miyako Messe) and ROHM Theater Kyoto.

This year ’ s theme, “ Reshape Japan with Global Minds, ” reflects our growing focus on global collaboration. IVS2025 will feature expanded English-language programming through IVS Global, welcoming entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem leaders from around the world. The event will also showcase specialized zones focused on AI, Entertainment, and Deep Tech, highlighting Japan ’ s most cutting-edge industries.

IVS2025 is officially certified as a Theme Weeks Connect Program of EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan. Under the theme “ Reshape Japan with Global Minds, ” this year ’ s event will highlight global innovation and collaboration through expanded English-language programming and participation from international entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem leaders.

Kyoto Prefecture prepare a complimentary ticket (normally 49,800 / approx. $350) for an international guest to join this event.
