
Representatives from the
Daejeon Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (CCEI) in the Republic of Korea visited the Science Park Administration and held an official meeting. Dr.
Hwang Youn-Sung, General Manager of CCEI, and
Kim Young-Jae, Project Team Leader, met with officials of the Science Park Administration to discuss ongoing and future collaboration. During the meeting, the Executive Director of the Science Park Administration, Dr.
Tegshbayar Norov, along with other representatives, exchanged views on strengthening cooperation between Mongolia and Korea in 2026.
The discussion focused on coordinating joint projects and planned events, as well as enhancing programs that connect
Mongolian startups and SMEs developing innovative products and services with investors and strategic partners. The Science Park Administration maintains an official partnership with CCEI, and together the two organizations have successfully co-organized
Pitch to Partnership 1, 2, and 3 events. Both sides also reached a common understanding on improving the
quality, accessibility, and participation of the upcoming
“Pitch to Partnership 4” event.
Preparations and startup registrations will take place in Mongolia from
March to May 2026, followed by an
Open Day and startup competition in June in
Ulaanbaatar, with participation from business representatives of both countries. Selected startups and projects will have the opportunity to participate in
Startup Korea Investment Week 2026, where they will present their ideas to international investors and explore opportunities for investment and collaboration.
The forum aims to
provide Mongolian startups with a global platform to present their projects, attract investment, and expand international partnerships.
